Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a door code or leave a key in a lockbox. We text when we arrive and when we leave, and send a few photos of the finished rooms.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything from vacuums to microfiber cloths. We use plant-based products by default; tell us if you'd like us to use yours.
When do I pay?
After the clean, once you're happy. We send a card payment link by text, and there's nothing to pay upfront.
What if something's missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it for free. That's our re-clean guarantee.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Free of charge with 48 hours' notice; with less notice we may charge $40 because we've held the slot for you.
